Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of Ioannina, Greece, stands a majestic stone residence with a rich history and timeless charm. A section of this enchanting property has been in existence since 1917, and by 1970, it had undergone a final expansion, seamlessly blending modernity with classical elegance. Over the years, the stone dwelling has borne witness to the changing seasons and the passage of generations, preserving the essence of a bygone era.

In 2021, following its acquisition, a comprehensive renovation project commenced, culminating in its final transformation by 2023. The current owner, Constantinos, a qualified architect engineer with a passion for travel, personally undertook the renovation, breathing fresh life into its weathered stones. Great care was taken to preserve its original character while integrating contemporary conveniences.

Vintage furniture, discovered and originating from the mid-20th century, underwent restoration and was seamlessly reintegrated. The result is a harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary comfort, creating a haven where past and present seamlessly coexist. This stone residence, now reborn as a guesthouse, welcomes visitors with open arms, offering a unique glimpse into the region’s rich history and architectural legacy.
